I very much liked the staff's attitude. they were very friendly, and most importantly - flexible :) the rooms were comfortable, and the restaurant presented very good food. The hotel has excellent location - next to the beach, close to a railway station (so quick reachin of Lisbon), next to the Casino.

The services were general good. I liked the breakfests very much.

Staff very helpful, good value/money ratio. Comfort rooms, rich breakfast.

In a four stars hotel I expected free wi-fi!!!

Room was always clean and well looked after by the staff. The breakfast was excellent and covered everyone's choice from English to Continental. We have nothing but praise for this hotel.

Near the beach kasino and railway station.

The internet was bad and even if it didnt work ok the price was the same as if it would work perfect... it pretends to be a 4* hotel but I think its not more then a 3* one as the furniture in the rooms was since my grandmothers young days. When I arrived I asked for an iron and they said they dont have an iron and that they just have the cleaning service and if I want my clothes to be ironed I should get them to the reception and I will have them in 24 hours ...the manager kept saying me that this is what every hotel does but I stayed in sooo many hotels and even at corinthya in lisbon they gave me an iron and an iron table when I asked for it. What happens if I cant afford the cleaning service or I have a special way of ironing the shirts?

This was our 2nd time this year in this hotel and we would go back again. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, minutes from the station; close to the casino and a lovely walk to Cascais

The breakfast is a bit repetitive although very good. The room was not always as clean as it could be.

Its a good hotel but not of 4 stars and not for the price they ask.

The rooms were old the furniture as well. This is an old hotel with bad internet and the food the same every morning not enough and bad. For the gym and the sauna you have to pay and I consider that outrageous for a hotel in wich you pay that kind of money.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and they kept the restaurant open a little extra late because we arrived later than expected. Great views of the seaside and the small castle across the street.

The elevators were strangely small, but were big enough for a couple and luggage. Parking was difficult on a Friday night.

Good quality furnishings, smart appearance, good location close to beach yet quiet location. Good breakfast selection.

The hotel has good location if you want to stay in Estoril ,a bit far from Cascais. The reception staff was good and informative. On my opinion the hotel has "four with minus" stars.

The room had 7 angles and it was strange, there was no place for TV and it stood in the middle of the room. It was seen that the room was very worn out. The open pool was dirty and the territory around the pool did not dispose to the rest.
